For systems which are not setup for online monitoring, the inverter software updates can be applied via the inverter’s USB port. Fronius SnapINverters, which are setup for online monitoring have the remote software update feature enabled and can be remotely updated through Fronius Solar.web. Software updates on Fronius SnapINverters can be applied to fix any software related bugs or to fix any software related state codes.
